Common questions
How do I create an account?
Accounts are created on the web, starting from the Pricing page or from an invitation you received. The Pivot Wellness mobile app is for signing in to an account you already have — it does not create new accounts.
I can't sign in.
Use the same email and sign-in method you used when you created your account (email and password, or Google). If it still fails, email support@pivotwellness.com from the address on your account and tell us what you see.
How do I connect my health records?
In the app, open Settings › Your sources; on the web, open Manage My Data. You sign in at your health system with its own patient login, and you can stop syncing at any time. Connecting your health records walks through each screen you will see, what we read, and what we never see.
How do I connect Apple Health or Health Connect?
In the mobile app, open Settings › Health Permissions and approve the data types you want to share. You approve each type separately, and you can withdraw access at any time in your phone's settings. The Privacy Policy lists every type the app can ask for and what we do with it.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Plans are managed on the web: sign in and open Plan & billing. Cancellation is self-serve there and takes effect at the end of your billing period. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
How do I delete my account?
In the mobile app, open Settings › Delete account. On the web, open Manage My Data › Delete Account. If you can't sign in, email privacy@pivotwellness.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. Deleting your account removes your data and files and cancels any paid plan (a plan inside a committed term keeps billing until the term ends); Delete your account lists what is removed, the few records we keep and why, and how long it takes. You can also remove a single source without closing your account.
